1 Relationship QUALITY is more important then quantity
2 Good relationships protect our bodies AND our brains, keep us happy, memory remains sharp
3 A good relationship doesn’t mean you never fight, but that you are aligned in the same direction
4 Good relationships are not CONFINED to friends & family but beyond, people who bring the best, not the worst out of us
5 Doing things for community (once you have mastered your own life) helps in longevity, it could be an hour of community work, writing articles on topics you have expertise in that people need
6 Don’t hold grudges, tell people what you feel, forgive them even if you leave them
7 Good relationships are the foundation of a long, healthy and wealthy life

B Motivation to do FIRST THINGS RIGHT every day THE FIRST 30 MINUTES AFTER YOU WAKE UP:
1 Wake up and have CRYSTAL’S SUPERQUICK YOGA
2 Pray whatever makes you feel good, God or motivation, choose your solace
3 Take a warm shower (ideally after having applied oil the night before atleast twice a week)
4 Have Cucumber ½ + ½ hot water, same with 5 almonds blended in water
5 Have Robert Young’s (phmlife.com) pHour salts in a glass of water
6 Have green breakfast (Potatoes, eggs, milk, yoghurt, cream, cheese, lasagna, rice are NOT vegetables)
All the above doesn’t take more than 30 minutes

C Motivation to REPEAT morning routine minus shower

D Motivation to in between the day eat healthy i.e. atleast 50% veggies in anything that you eat (refer to definition of vegetables above)

E Motivation to FIND ALTERNATE BEST FRIENDS to those with serious addictions:
1 Exercise – can be gym or even simple 30 minute walk a day
2 Reading books you like
3 Writing, poetry, prose, notes on current affairs, even videos, participating in TEDTalks etc
4 Watching arts and crafts in town, attending movie premieres and social events even once a month is good, twice is better!

F FINAL MOTIVATION – to LOVE YOURSELF and be PROUD of it
1 It’s not selfish to prefer yourself over others around you, it is only logical
2 A “HAPPY” you, makes HAPPIER those around you!
3 Never be ashamed of self love, if people call you selfish or self centered for doing any of the above – they don’t know you, they don’t love you, they don’t deserve you
4 Tell them that and in 99% cases they will modify themselves to love the new you
